Proplank Timber Batten Walls
Proplank is our click in batten wall lining system that can be used on straight and curved walls and ceilings to create a stunning result. for limitless design creativity.
The system comprises of a mounting track, spring steel clips and nylon spacer brackets that can clicked into place for a cost-effective timber wall solution that doesn’t compromise on quality or aesthetic integrity. You can mix and match the range of timbers and profiles to create a unique feature wall for your project. For interior applications, Proplank is available with accoustic matting for reduced sound transfer and a fire resistant coating to comply with group 1 fire ratings.
Trendplank T&G Timber Wall Cladding
Trendplank is a tongue and groove timber concealed fixed cladding system with a range of corner trims and end stops that can be used for timber wall cladding both internally and externally.
Timber naturally expands and contracts in response to the environment. The Trendplank profile finds harmony with its environment by allowing for just the right amount of natural timber movement. It is also available in an array of sizes allowing you to add a third dimension to your wall.
Shou Sugi Ban T&G Timber Wall Cladding
Shou Sugi Ban is a traditional Japanese method of charring wood with fire to weatherproof it and increase its durability. The result is striking carbon timber wall panels which can be used for both interior and exterior applications. This offers a unique black burnt look timber wall cladding both internally and externally.
The black carbon layer that is formed on the surface of the timber panels protects the wood from moisture damage and termites, improves its fire resistance and reduces maintenance. Shou Sugi Ban is available in the Trendplank profile and is compatible with all Trendplank end stops and corner trims. which are also charred or powder coated to match the cladding.
Vacoa Cladding
Vacoa is a sustainable Nordic knotty pine material produced in Europe. Modified by a thermal heat and steam process, the thermal process is non-toxic which greatly increases the stability of the timber for use in all applications both internally and externally.
This high performing timber couples well with the quality finish of a Danish oil, which offers a range of stain options for the perfect natural and sustainable façade and lining product. Vacoa Timber is great at maintaining its shape, even when exposed to the harsh Australian environment.
