Exterior Timber Wall Cladding
Architectural timber cladding used as a feature on an external wall brings warmth and life to any architectural design. The Trendplank Tongue & Groove Cladding system makes it easy to create an architectural timber cladding feature because of its concealed fix profile, range of proprietary trims, timber board size and timber species options. Trendplank can be used as a horizontal or external vertical timber cladding. Trendplank is available in bush fire resistant timbers like jarrah and spotted gum with ratings from BAL 12.5 up to BAL 29.
Interior Timber Wall Cladding
The Trendplank Tongue & Groove Cladding system can also be used as interior timber cladding to add warmth to any indoor space. It is available in a range of timber finishes from natural oils, interior matt and gloss finishes as well as a fire protective coating for projects with group 1 fire rating. The range of size options available mean you can create a timber batten clad wall by mixing and matching sizes to suit your exact requirements.
Charred Timber Wall Cladding
Shou Sugi Ban charred timber cladding brings an elegant, timeless aesthetic to any project. Also known as Yakisugi or Japanese burnt timber cladding, Shou Sugi Ban is a traditional Japanese method of charring timber with fire. This offers a textured black burnt look timber wall cladding both internally and externally. Mortlock Timber is a charred timber cladding specialist and manufactures this in house. The manufacturing process Mortlock Timber uses provides a premium handcrafted finish.
Vacoa Cladding
Vacoa is a sustainable Nordic knotty pine material produced in Europe. Modified by a thermal heat and steam process, the thermal process is non-toxic which greatly increases the stability of the timber for use in all applications both internally and externally.
This high performing timber couples well with the quality finish of a Danish oil, which offers a range of stain options for the perfect natural and sustainable façade and lining product. Vacoa Timber is great at maintaining its shape, even when exposed to the harsh Australian environment.
