Rhythm Complex

Subiaco, WA

about the project

Located in the heart of Subiaco, WA, the Rhythm Complex is a sophisticated mixed-use development that merges contemporary design with the dynamic energy of one of Perth’s most stylish suburbs. Designed by Cameron Chisholm Nicol and constructed by SGF Construction, the development features boutique offices and a select range of nine exclusive executive apartments, offering both modern living and premium commercial space. The project design integrates high-quality materials like Jarrah Cladding and Decking with Trendplank Jarrah Cladding and Metroplank secret fixed decking featured prominently throughout.

The use of Jarrah, a timber renowned for its rich, deep tones and exceptional durability, brings warmth and character to the development’s contemporary architecture. The combination of cladding and decking creates a harmonious connection between the exterior and interior spaces, ensuring that each element of the Rhythm Complex is both functional and visually striking. The development not only reflects the cosmopolitan vibe of Subiaco but also stands as a testament to thoughtful design, where natural materials, like Jarrah, elevate both the aesthetic and longevity of the space, make it an enduring addition to the area’s urban landscape.
