The project features the use of Pacific Teak Cladding in Trendplank 120×18, selected for its exceptional durability, aesthetic warmth, and natural resilience, making it an ideal choice for the coastal climate.

The thermally modified Pacific Teak wood not only enhances the home’s visual appeal with its rich, golden hues, but its robust characteristics ensure longevity and low maintenance. The use of Trendplank brings out the beauty of the timber, enhancing the residence’s connection to the environment while providing excellent protection against the elements.
