In the leafy Melbourne suburb of Elwood, four townhouses designed by Fieldwork Architects and built by Intracon showcases the Proplank Timber batten system in spotted gum as the façade. The Spotted Gum hardwood provides a visually soft yet architecturally detailed face that also subtly references the area’s many art deco apartment buildings.
